Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("Workly"). By creating an account or using Workly, you agree to them. If you use Workly for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

• You must be at least 18 and use a work email.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Tell us right away at security@worklymail.com if you think your account was accessed without permission.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly plans include two months free. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

With outcome pricing, you pay $150 for each verified booked meeting. A meeting is verified only when the calendar provider confirms the event.

Fees do not include taxes. Refunds are handled as described at [refund policy].

Workly can find prospects, write and send messages, and reply on your behalf. Messages are sent from your connected accounts and in your name.

You choose how much Workly does on its own. Review mode lets you approve drafts before they send, and you can switch it on or off at any time.

You agree not to use Workly to:

• Send spam, or contact people in breach of anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR or CASL.
• Mislead recipients about who you are or what you offer.
• Harass anyone, or send unlawful, hateful or deceptive content.
• Break the terms of LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft or other platforms you connect.
• Try to reverse-engineer, overload or get around the limits of the service.

Workly respects the limits of the platforms you connect, including daily LinkedIn ceilings. These platforms have their own terms. We cannot guarantee they will not restrict an account, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

You own your content, prospect lists and messages. You give us permission to use them only to provide and improve the service for you. You confirm you have the right to use any data you upload.

Messages and research are generated by AI. Automatic checks reduce mistakes, but they cannot remove them completely. You are responsible for claims made in messages sent from your account.

Workly, its software, agents and design belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users, recipients or platforms at risk. We will tell you why unless the law stops us. You can close your account at any time.

Workly is provided "as is". We do not promise any number of replies, meetings or sales.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [venue].
